Menicon has appointed Hans Sunassee (pictured) to the new role of hospital business development manager for the UK.
Mr Sunassee joins the contact lens manufacturer and supplier with previous experience as business development manager at No7 Contact Lenses and Positive Impact.
Managing director at Menicon UK, Kevin Mitchell, said: “Hans has superb experience, honed over several years in the industry. He also has established relationships with hospital optometry and ophthalmic teams across the UK, so he can hit the ground running. We are delighted to welcome him to Menicon.”
Speaking about his appointment, Mr Sunassee added: “Menicon’s range of specialist lenses are expanding all the time, with exciting new developments on the horizon that are likely to be of interest for hospitals seeking bespoke optical solutions for their patients.”
