Alcon has relaunched its professional services website in order to put its optical users “at the heart” of the experience.
The revamped website, myalcon.co.uk, has been informed by the contact lens company’s core principles of training and supporting opticians; supporting and growing their businesses; and providing product choice, Alcon said.
Head of professional affairs at Alcon, Jonathon Bench, explained: “The launch of the new and improved MyAlcon website is a conscious shift towards a more inclusive, user friendly experience. By placing opticians, and their patients, at the heart of the journey, the site provides them with the necessary tools and resources to enable the most effective implementation of Alcon’s philosophy.”
Key services covered on the new website include Alcon’s InContact service that enable practitioners offer patients ordering online, home delivery and subscription programmes; as well as its EasyOnline customer-ordering platform.
