JJ launches new online training
Contact lens giant Johnson & Johnson Vision Care has launched a new online training tool to help practitioners learn about its new 1-day Acuvue Define contact lens.

The training video aims to provide practitioners with practical advice on driving interest in the ‘eye enhancement’ contact lens in practice, and includes tip on communicating the benefits of Define and why fitting staff with the lens could create interest from patients.

Director of professional affairs for Johnson & Johnson Vision Care in the UK and Ireland, Marcella McParland, said: “1-day Acuvue Define is a brand new contact lens category. Unlike traditional coloured lenses, they enhance the eyes’ natural beauty without altering their colour.”

She added: “Our research revealed that one million women in the UK would say yes to a trial, so the purpose of the new online training video is to help eye care professionals make the most of this exciting opportunity for their practice.”

The video can be viewed on J&J's website.
