Charity opens applications for 13 small grant awards

Fight for Sight has partnered with 10 fellow charities as part of its 2018 small grant awards.

Opening for applications onTuesday (1 May), the national sight loss charity is offering 13 grants to fund clinical research its sight-saving treatments.

A total of 10 of the 13 grants will be jointly funded with charities such as the Alzheimer's Society, the Childhood Eye Caner Trust, the International Glaucoma Association, the AZOOR Society and the Thomas Pocklington Trust.

Chief executive of Fight for Sight, Michele Acton (pictured), said: “Fight for Sight’s mission is to stop sight loss and we are delighted to be able to work in partnership with others to help deliver our mission.”
