Scottish independent, Cameron Optometry, has expanded its clinical team with the appointment of optometrist Rebecca Daly (pictured).
Ms Daly is the practice’s fifth optometrist, joining with over 15 years’ experience in the profession. The optometrist, who graduated from the Technological University of Dublin before moving to Scotland to practice, is an independent prescriber and has completed an MSc in primary care ophthalmology.
Ms Daly will work three days a week at Cameron Optometry alongside her research role at the University of Dundee.
Speaking about Ms Daly’s appointment, optometrist and managing director of Cameron Optometry, Ian Cameron, said: “Rebecca is clinically minded and has the additional qualifications that are essential for working in our practice. She’s also highly motivated to develop and learn, making her exactly the type of optometrist we want at Cameron Optometry. She brings some exciting skills with her and we are sure to benefit from her varied experience.”
