Terms and conditions

Full terms and conditions of the prize draw are as follows:

1. The surveys and prize draws are being run by Research by Design on behalf of the Association of Optometrists (AOP).

2. Winners will be chosen at random from those who have entered.

3. Winners will be contacted by email by Research by Design shortly after the survey closes.

4. Completing this survey does not automatically enter you into the prize draw, at question number PR10 you will need to opt in and then further provide your contact details at question PR40.

5. Prizes are as follows:

a. For members

1. 1x £300 Love2Shop voucher
2. 2x £100 Love2Shop voucher

b. For lapsed / non-members

1. 1x £300 Love2Shop voucher
2. 2x £100 Love2Shop voucher

6. There will be a total of 6 winners of the draw – three from the member survey and three from the non-member survey.

7. The draw will be conducted up to two weeks after the closing of the survey, which is likely to be in May.

8. We reserve the right to replace prizes with an alternative prize of equal value. We make no representation or warranty in relation to prizes provided and limit any liability, to the fullest extent permitted by law, in relation to any prize, its fitness for purpose or otherwise.

9. We reserve the right to void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion. Entry implies acceptance of these terms and conditions.

10. The Association of Optometrists (AOP) reserves the right to refuse to award the prize(s) to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.

11. The prize is non-negotiable and not redeemable for cash or other prizes.

12. The promoter's decision is final, and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
