In this workshop-style event, delegates will attend a series of structured sessions which will explore techniques to help deliver effective team working within the practice.

The full-day event will use an evidence-based approach to help delegates develop a range of skills including:

  • The pros and cons of different leadership approaches
  • Reviewing what roles and behaviours are needed in their teams in order to achieve the goals they are aiming for
  • Understanding different methods of recruitment and the importance of selecting the right people
  • Exploring approaches to prepare for, and conduct, effective negotiations
  • Learning about the stages of conflict escalation and use this to identify the early signs of conflict in the team and how to manage this effectively.

CPD

  • The event is approved for 15 interactive CPD points
  • To be eligible for all of the CPD points you need to attend for the duration of the event.
