Practice team webinar: Driving recruitment and retention in contact lenses
The last in our series of webinars for the practice team, delivered in partnership with Johnson & Johnson Vision, this will explore the motivations behind contact lens wear and provide insight and ideas on how to identify potential new contact lens wearers. Striving to improve confidence in conversations, we will explore the opportunities within practice to increase your contact lens patient base.
Recruiting the potential wearer is only the start of the journey, any new skill can be hard to master with tailored support being vital to ensure success. This webinar will provide guidance on how to provide patients with valuable advice and support to ensure that your new contact lens wearer has a successful future in contact lenses ahead of them.
