Our ability to understand emotions is a lifelong skill. Emotional Intelligence (EI) helps us to perceive our own emotions as well as those around us allowing us to regulate, respond and build relationships effectively. By appreciating EI you will see the positive impact that it can have on your day-to-day work in the way that you communicate and engage with your team and patients.

By the end of this webinar supported by Johnson & Johnson Vision, you will:

  • Learn what the five key elements of EI are and how you can identify your areas of strength and build on this
  • From a cultural perspective, you can start to consider the impact of culture and EI in relation to healthcare
  • How you can use this knowledge to inspire and continue to build your awareness of others emotions and enhance your leadership development
