Delivered in partnership with Johnson & Johnson Vision, this online peer discussion is tailored to the unique needs of locum optometrists and is part of a series of online activity that will look at the safe care of patients as you return to practice.

Following on from our webinar ‘Safe patient care during COVID-19’, this session puts the newfound day- to- day practice guidelines to use in a peer discussion. We will consider patient case scenarios and review together how to deal with situations that may arise that are specific to your role as a locum, or as you return to work. The cases will review the importance of clear communication at this time, alongside safe patient care and current guidance, and will look at how best to apply these aspects to a number of real-life scenarios you may find yourself in.

Please note that this online peer discussion is also taking place on 12 November and 9 December. CET points will only be eligible for attending one of these sessions.

This peer discussion is only for AOP members working as locum optometrists.
