Trevor Bibic has been working in personal and professional development training for over five years, delivering a wide range of workshops, webinars and one-to-one coaching. He has held various management and leadership positions throughout his career. In addition, he has been involved in recruiting for over 20 years. This gives him an excellent understanding of dynamic working environments and challenges.

Dr Peter Hampson

Dr Peter Hampson is the Clinical Director of the AOP, and his role involves dealing with civil negligence claims, advising members on GOC cases, developing policy and working with NHS England via OFNC and advisory groups. He is co-chair of the OC Information and IT committee with an active interest in artificial intelligence, Bayesian analysis and record keeping. He also teaches a part time post graduate module at Cardiff University on legal aspects of UK optometry and is a former expert witness.
