AOP member research survey 2023: Prize draw terms and conditions

AOP members will receive a direct, personalised link via email to take part in the AOP member research survey based on information the AOP holds on its database
The survey will be open from 13/02/2023 to 27/02/2023
On full completion and submission of the 2023 AOP member research survey, AOP members can enter a free prize draw to win a Volk Digital Wide Field Lens. One winner will be selected at random
The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered in whole or in part
Entry implies agreement for the AOP to publicly disclose the name of the winner and their city of residence
The winner will be selected at random and notified by 27/03/2023
If the potential winner cannot be contacted, they forfeit all rights to the prize, and an alternate winner may be selected by the AOP
It is the responsibility of entrants to notify the promoter of any change of contact details
Entry implies acceptance of these terms and conditions as final and binding. Entries which are not in accordance with the terms and conditions will be disqualified
The AOP reserves the right to suspend, cancel or modify the prize draw at any time (and for any reason) without notice
The promoter shall not be responsible for damages, losses or liabilities of any kind, including without limitation, direct, indirect or consequential loss or damages arising out of or in relation to the prize draw
The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into
