Optometrist Karan Vayas on what the multiple setting has to offer
Karan Vayas qualified in 2017 and is a retinal optometrist at Specsavers in Corby.
In this vlog he reveals that while most days involve routine eye exams and contact lens appointments, the patients that he sees all present with different problems and all need different solutions because he is practising in a primary care environment on the High Street.
From enhanced optical services and minor eye conditions services, Mr Vayas has the opportunity to participate in all of these opportunities.
“Enhanced optical services can help break down your day; they can make it more varied and give you a different challenge each day,” he explains.
“Each day is as different as you want it to be and your job is as interesting as you let it be,” he adds.
