Research with the Macular Society on treatment delays
We’re asking patients with macular disease to share their experiences
Today, we launch a new survey which asks patients with macular disease to share their experiences of eye care over the last two years.
We know from members that many patients are having a very difficult time accessing NHS referral appointments and treatment that could save their sight. We want to understand how these delays are impacting those living with macular disease so we can speak up for patients to Government and the NHS.
We’re partnering with the Macular Society to deliver the survey, which will be open until the end of February.
Results will be published in March.
