AOP members needed for 15-20 minute telephone interviews
Researching a potential new member benefit
Thank you to all members who have shown interest in this research. We now have enough volunteers and will not be following up any further expressions of interest.
We would like to invite our optometrist members to take part in a short telephone discussion to share your views on a potential new member benefit.
The call will last approximately 15-20 minutes and will be carried out by Research by Design, an independent market research agency. The call can be scheduled on weekdays between 28 January - 8 February at a time that is convenient for you between 9am-7pm.
As a thank you for your time you will receive a £10 Amazon gift voucher.
There are only a small number of places available for this research and the selection of members for this project will be done on a first come, first served basis. All participants must be pre-reg or practising optometrists, currently working at least part time or studying for their OSCE, and have renewed their membership for 2019.
Expressing your interest

- Main mode of practice (corporate/ independent/ hospital etc)
- Mobile number, or best contact number
- Best time/s to call (9am-7pm)
- Any preferred date/s (28 Jan-8 Feb)
If you have not heard from us by 28 January to confirm, please assume that you have not been selected to take part.
By providing your details you are consenting for your data to be securely transferred to Research by Design for the purposes of this project if you are selected to take part. Responses to the telephone interviews will be shared with the AOP anonymously, and all personal details provided via email and to Research by Design will be deleted on completion of the project.
As a thank you for your time, a £10 Amazon gift voucher will be sent within 10 working days to the members who have taken part. Vouchers will only be sent for fully-completed calls.
The vouchers will be sent to your AOP membership communications address, so please check your record on MyAOP to make sure we have the correct address listed for you.
