Concerns over domiciliary letters
Member update on patient mailouts sent by The Outside Clinic
The Outside Clinic has recently written to patients across the UK advising them to book their next sight test with the Clinic's domiciliary services.
Some members have raised concerns over the content and presentation of this.
In response, the Optical Confederations's Domiciliary Eye Care Committee (DEC) has contacted The Outside Clinic.
