Aspects of GOC website to be inaccessible to registrants in early April
MyGOC and MyCPD will be inaccessible between 3 and 12 April as the regulator makes updates to the system
30 March 2023
Parts of the General Optical Council’s (GOC) website will be undergoing planned maintenance in early April.
The regulator’s MyGOC and MyCPD portals will be inaccessible to registrants from 9am on Monday 3 April 2023.
The GOC anticipates that these areas of the website will reopen at 5pm on Wednesday 12 April.
Registrants will not be able to upload continuing professional development points during this time period.
The downtime will allow the GOC to make updates to the system following registration renewals. The rest of the GOC website will be unaffected.
The regulator has apologised for any inconvenience caused and will be sharing the message across its website and social media channels while maintenance is being carried out.
Registrants with queries should contact the GOC directly.
