Ocuco will host a free omnichannel webinar titled ‘7 reasons why your website isn’t performing and how to fix it’ tomorrow (30 November) at 10am GMT.
What is omnichannel?
The literal definition of omnichannel is “all channels”. However, in sales and marketing omnichannel means offering a seamless customer experience across any channels that you currently utilise, rather than all. This refers to anything from shopping online to someone visiting your practice on the High Street. Omnichannel aims to create strategic and seamless communications with your customers or patients.
The webinar is aimed at optical professionals and businesses looking to improve their current online offerings by providing advice, solutions and actionable steps.
The webinar will be presented by business development manager at OptiCommerce, Ocuco's digital marketing branch, Richard Bentley.
In Bentley’s current role he helps practices to understand the benefits of an omnichannel approach and works with clients to embrace and recognise online opportunities.
In this webinar Bentley will explain how eye care professionals and optical businesses can refresh their websites and generate revenue online. The company commented that, “this webinar is designed to support eye care professionals by providing actionable advice on the main pain points of underperforming websites.”
Eye care professionals and optical businesses interested in attending the free webinar can register online.
This webinar is part of a new online series developed by Ocuco, InSights, intended to assist eye care professionals with the latest advancements in omnichannel. Eye care professionals can subscribe to Ocuco’s newsletter to receive more information.
