Consultancy Myers La Roche will host an optical leadership and strategy workshop in London next month.
The one-day event, which will be held at BMA House in Euston, is designed for independent practice owners and managers with the aim of sharing insight into the current market challenges that businesses face.
Sessions covered during the day will explore the current health of the High Street and how key performance indicators can improve outcomes and deliver greater efficiencies and profitability.
Myers La Roche first held the workshop, which sold out, in December last year.
The course will be led by optical consultant Martin Russ, who said: “We look forward to welcoming our colleagues to an informative, interactive and knowledgeable training session where we can provide information to help build successful plans for 2020.”
