ACLM appoints new chair

Chris Stean (pictured) has been elected chairman of the Association of Contact Lens Manufacturers (ACLM). Mr Stean takes over the role from Gordon Jones, who resigned from his position as interim chairman and director of the ACLM at the organisation’s AGM this week.

Mr Stean was previously chair of the ACLM from 2002–2003 and is currently a consultant to Cantor & Nissel.

During the AGM, joint CEO of UltraVision, Diane Angell, and professional services manager at No 7 Contact Lenses, Katie Harrop, were appointed directors at the organisation.
