Moorfields Private Eye Hospital has received a healthcare accolade in the 2019 LaingBuisson Awards.
The hospital was recognised in the Clinical services – healthcare outcomes category at the annual awards ceremony, which was held in London on 13 November.
Moorfields director of private care, Andrew Robertson, and medical director, Nick Strouthidis, attended the awards to accept the accolade.
Speaking about the accolade, Mr Robertson said: “Winning this category shows that our core values, our commitment to innovation in eye health and our achievements are recognised by the wider industry.”
Moorfields chief executive, David Probert, added: “Thanks are due to Moorfields staff at all levels who have helped to make this win possible, and who continue to deliver excellent outcomes for our patients.”
