Silver standard achieved by Centre for Sight

The private eye hospital has received a people management accolade

Centre for Sight receives an award

Centre for Sight has been recognised for the people management skills and core values that it has upheld as it has grown and evolved since its establishment in 1996.

The Silver Status Investors in People (IIP) accreditation is an international recognised standard for people management.

It reflects the latest workplace trends, essential skills and effective structures that are required of a top performing business. IIP is recognised in more than 70 countries globally. In the UK, there are over 25,000 businesses that have received the accolade.

With less than 3% awarded Silver Standard, Centre for Sight said it is very proud of this achievement.

Founder and medical director at Centre for Sight, Sheraz Daya, said: “It has always been our goal to be a beacon of excellence in the provision of medical and surgical eye care and adding this status to other external accreditations demonstrates both our commitment and success in being exemplary.”

Mr Daya thanked the Centre for Sight team for their contribution and said he was looking forward to working together to attain an even higher accreditation in the future.
