Low vision prescribing

This audit is the first of a two-part report exploring the prescribing habits of practitioners providing the Low Vision Service Wales from April 2012-March 2013

The Low Vision Service Wales (LVSW) is a national NHS, primary care-based low vision service. It aims to support those with vision loss through the prescribing of low vision aids (LVAs), the provision of information and referral/signposting to other services, including social services, allied health professionals and the third sector.
