The AOP has created an online General Ophthalmic Services (GOS) tool to help members in England audit their GOS claims.
The GOS audit tool is secure and allows contractors to enter the details of their GOS claims, with the technology estimating the proportion of GOS1, GOS3 and GOS4 claims that it believes to be valid. Operating in this manner, the tool can help identify possible areas for improvement for contractors who are making claims.
AOP members can access the GOS audit tool by logging in to the AOP website. Instructions on how to use the system can be found alongside the tool online.
