Over this time, our goal has never changed in so much that we continue to offer our patients gold-standard optometric expertise with state-of-the-art equipment, premium range of spectacles and sunglasses, and second-to-none care, that we offer here in the heart of Kings Hill. Fortunately, we now need new optometrists to help continue to provide the excellent eye care our patients have come to expect.

A kind note to our newly qualified colleagues, this post is not for the most experienced optometrist, but a post for those who want to build their career in a clinical excellence.

You’ll also have state-of-the-art equipment at your fingertips, such as the revolutionary 4D OCT Scanners and modern dispensing technology with Visioffice, in our modern, light and airy practice.

Excellent patient relationships

Our patients will be as committed to you as you’ll be to them, so you’ll be able to build and maintain relationships in a way that only small, independent opticians can offer – many of our patients have been coming to us since our early days, because they also value that continuity of care.

Location, location, location

Meanwhile, our location in the heart of an attractive new town, with convenient facilities on our doorstep, such as supermarkets, cafes and a high-end gym, will enable you to strike the right work-life balance. And the terrific links to the M20 and the coast, the M25 and London, and glorious countryside on the doorstep, means you’ll be ideally located to explore this gorgeous corner of England.

How do we reward you?

Rest assured that we will endeavour to reward you with a perfect financial package and benefits. As an independent company, we have always invested in our employees in exchange for them remaining loyal members of our team. We can offer in house training, course payments, flexible annual leave requests, and financial rewards to suit.

Please note, we do not offer bonuses because we do not expect our patients to be subjected to any sort of pressurised sales by our employees and sales targets are secondary to patient care in our eyes.
