The University of Portsmouth has a history of teaching in clinical subjects and is expanding academic development in new and emerging health fields. The School of Health Sciences and Social Work has an established profile in the sector, which is now growing with the addition of a number of exciting, new subject areas. Vision sciences plays an integral part of this growth in our academic profile and is supported by a team of dedicated and talented staff within optometry and the wider school.
