Advanced Vision Care, a refractive surgery clinic based in Harley Street, London, has entered liquidation.
A resolution to wind up the company voluntarily was made on 6 January and filed with the Companies Office.
Patients who require access to patient records held by Advanced Vision Care or need to submit a proof of debt can contact Edge Recovery by email.
The latest Care and Quality Commission report for Advanced Vision Care, published in 2018, stated that the service opened in 2004.
Between August 2016 and August 2017 there were 660 day cases at the service.
Head of clinical and regulatory at the AOP, Henry Leonard, advised: “If patients who were previously seen at this clinic require follow-up appointments, AOP members should redirect them to an alternative private or NHS provider for their care, as appropriate.”

I have got two of their patients that I am looking after. All that said, I think it was a bit 'naughty' to laser patients a few days to a week before they were due to closing down. That is not right.
