Leightons Opticians and The Hearing Care Partnership has appointed Melanie Gregory as clinical and commercial lead.
Ms Gregory will work on improving the company’s learning and development outcomes, with a stronger focus on person-centred care.
Speaking about her appointment, Ms Gregory said: “I am looking forward to applying all that I have learnt over the years, combining my business and clinical experience, with my passion for person-centred practice and rehabilitative audiology to support Leightons businesses and their growing team of audiologists.”
Ms Gregory has 20 years’ experience working with adults who have hearing loss. She qualified as an audiologist in South Africa where she ran her own practice and has previously held roles at William Demant’s Oticon and the IDA Institute in Denmark. Most recently, Ms Gregory worked at The Ear Foundation.
