David H. Myers Opticians has re-opened following completion of a two-week long refurbishment.

The Leeds-based independent invested a six-figure sum into the practice’s showroom and examination facilities.

LED-lit cabinets, frame displays, glass shelving and a bespoke reception desk have been installed as well as a new examination room.

Practice director, Matthew Brigg, explained that the investment was made in order to provide a better service and experience for its customers.

“The new look practice is lighter, brighter and more spacious, offering our patrons a modern environment to showcase our fantastic portfolio of products,” he said.

“We’re the first practice in Leeds to have such a modern feel, we hope that this new design of the practice will help provide those in Leeds and the surrounding areas who require eye care with the best possible service and experience,” Mr Brigg added.

An opening event was hosted at the practice, which was attended by former rugby league player and BBC pundit Robbie Hunter-Paul, magician Scott Perry, and The Voice contestant Faheem Ashraf.

David H. Myers is a group of five independent practices located in the north west of England and west Yorkshire.
