Optegra unveils new advertising campaign

The private eye hospital has launched a new campaign to coincide with National Eye Health Week (NEHW)

Optegra campaign

Optegra Eye Health Care has launched a new advertising campaign which aims to raise awareness of the services it offers, from vision correction through laser and lens replacement, to the treatment of medical conditions such as cataract, AMD, glaucoma and diabetes-related conditions.

Established to coincide with National Eye Health Week (21–28 September), the campaign has been developed by advertising agency Doner under the theme ‘Live a fuller life’.

It follows the experiences of four Optegra patients including an opera singer who had laser eye surgery, a microlight pilot and cameraman, and an Olympic mentor.

Discussing the campaign, UK marketing manager for Optegra, Jemma Durbridge, said: “With the powerful imagery and personal stories, this is a highly emotive advertising campaign which Optegra is proud to be launching.

“We know from our years caring for patients the power of personal endorsement, and so by using a selection of our current and previous patients, we feel we have captured the essence of our work – providing the very best treatment for every type of eye problem.”

The campaign will launch on Monday (21 September) on ITV1 and ITV3.
