Marcolin has partnered with car and motorcycle manufacturer BMW to design, produce and distribute a range of spectacles and sunglasses.

The five-year licensing agreement is effective from January 2020 until December 2024 and will see frames produced for BMW, BMW M and BMW M Motorsport brands.

Marcolin explained that BMW eyewear styles will be modern and easy-to-wear shapes for masculine and unisex wearers.

The BMW M sunglasses will focus on high-performance by using top quality materials and treatments, while the BMW M Motorsport range will include young and sporty designs.

CEO of Marcolin Group, Massimo Renon, said: “BMW has a strong influence in fashion, with products that are exciting to luxury audiences globally. We believe that the BMW brand, with its solid worldwide presence and innovative fashion design, will fit perfectly within our portfolio. We are confident that this partnership will have great success.”
