Dunelm Optical has appointed practice owner and dispensing optician Laura Pearce (pictured) as its new laboratory sales manager.
Ms Pearce has worked in optical practices for 16 years in both dispensing and management roles, as well as owning three independent practices in Yorkshire.
The laboratory sales manager will focus on growing Dunelm Optical’s presence in independents, leading on lens sales and providing support to practitioners.
Product development director at Dunelm Optical, Oliver Beaumont, said: “We are incredibly excited to welcome Laura on board. She continually embraces the high paced, ever developing optical industry and will be an asset to both her colleagues and customers. We are looking forward to Laura implementing her skills and I’m sure she will be a superb addition to the Dunelm team.”
