Bollé Brands acquire Spy Optic
The Californian sunglasses brand will use Bollé Brands’ international distribution network
The eyewear company said that its acquisition of Spy Optic is a signal of its commitment to playing a leading role in the premium performance sports eyewear market.
CEO of Bollé Brands, Peter Smith (pictured), said: “We are excited to have acquired such an amazing brand. Founded in 1994, Spy Optic designs, markets and distributes premium sunglasses, goggles, helmets and prescription eyewear.
