Marcolin Group has signed a licensing agreement with sports clothing brand Adidas until 2024 that will see an eyewear collection launched in 2020.

Marcolin Group will design, develop, manufacture, market and sell the range under the Adidas Badge of Sport and Originals labels.

The Badge of Sport range will be designed to provide a comfortable fit while ensuring ultimate vision and lens protection, the company explained.

The Originals collection will be inspired by street culture with a focus on creativity and authenticity.

CEO of Marcolin Group, Massimo Renon (pictured), said: “Today’s sportwear embraces and influences the entire fashion and accessory industry and we are very excited to begin collaborating with such a legendary brand as Adidas.”

The agreement follows the announcement that Silhouette has discontinued its partnership with Adidas in order to launch its own sports eyewear range.
