The co-founder of Andy Wolf Eyewear, Katharina Schlager, has stepped down from her role as creative director and CEO of the Austrian eyewear company.
Ms Schlager remains a shareholder of Andy Wolf Eyewear but will take time away from the business to spend with her family.
Speaking about her resignation, Ms Schlager said: “With great enthusiasm, I have manifested the economic success of Andy Wolf Eyewear worldwide, together with our whole team, and established wide circles way beyond the geographical horizon.”
“A look at my life and my professional role confirmed to me that there is still a great deal to do. Above all, sharpen viewpoints to confront the future. And that is exactly what I have set my sights on next,” she added.
Ms Schlager founded Andy Wolf Eyewear in 2006 with Andreas Pirkheim and Wolfgang Scheucher.
