Bollé has launched sports sunglass style, ‘Shifter,’ which celebrates a four year partnership with UCI World Tour team, AG2R La Mondiale.

The cycling team is wearing the frame during the Giro d’Italia competition (4–27 May) before the frame’s official launch in September.

‘Shifter’ features a large screen made from NXT material to offer a wide field of vision, as well as impact resistance.

Air vents on the front of the frame ensure optimal air flow and prevent fog, while hydrophobic and oleophobic treatments keep the frame free from water droplets and dirt.

Bollé explained that a curved rubber arm improves comfort and stability while allowing room for different types of helmet and strap attachments.

The frame is available with prescription lenses and in a variety of tints, designed for all weather and light conditions.
