De Rigo launched the debut eyewear collection from fashion brand Trussardi at 100% Optical (27–29 January), which includes a range of sunglasses.
The collection from De Rigo’s new portfolio addition has been developed with Trussardi’s creative director, Gaia Trussardi.
De Rigo explained that the Trussardi sunglasses “combine classic lines with irregular shapes and neutral hues with exclusive acetate textures,” using materials such as aluminium and carbon.
Models, such as the ‘STR 182’ (pictured) feature a double bridge and flat mirror lenses in a metal alloy frame, with acetate trim.
Other styles include the ‘STR 183,’ which has a butterfly-shaped front, and is described by the eyewear company as a lightweight, comfortable metal frame.
