WestGroupe has named Michael DeBono (pictured) as its new chief operating officer, who will be responsible for overseeing the company’s sales teams as well as the corporate head office.
Mr DeBono joined the eyewear company in 2005 as Canadian national sales manager, before taking on the role of vice-president of North American sales in 2010.
President of WestGroupe, Michael Suliteanu, described Mr DeBono as an experienced leader and the right person for the company’s future.
Speaking about his appointment, Mr DeBono said: “I’m looking forward to working closer with my colleagues in the various internal departments and exploring new challenges.”
