The new L.K. Bennett collection features Tudor rose detailing
16 February 2018
Optoplast Actman Eyewear has launched the new L.K. Bennett eyewear collection, which features 15 styles that are each available in three colourways.
The eyewear company said that the frames, which feature Tudor rose detailing, are inspired by the clothing range and embody “style and confidence.”
Head of design at Optoplast Actman Eyewear, Tom Mehew, explained: “The collection is based on the concept of understated luxury and creating a contemporary and unfussy collection.”
“Hinges where possible have been integrated into the temples and we have aimed to create a lightweight frame that feels great to wear all day long. Branding and hardware is a signature light gold colour and acetates range from modern tortoiseshells to rich blacks and warm tones,” he added.
Frames in the collection include the ‘LKB004’ model (pictured), which has a metal arm with acetate tips. ‘LKB011’ is an oversized round eye frame with gold details on the rounded arms, and gold rivets on the front.
The collection was launched in January and showcased at 100% Optical (27–29) at ExCeL London.
