The new SS18 collection from Fleye Copenhagen includes colour options, such as ‘butternut squash,’ ‘lobster’ and ‘tangerine’
23 January 2018
Fleye Copenhagen has launched new frames as part of its spring/summer 2018 collection, which continues the eyewear company’s autumn/winter 2017 smørrebrød theme.
The collection includes the eyewear and signature ranges, which are inspired by Scandinavian food culture. A total of 42 new designs have been added to Fleye Copenhagen’s colour range.
New colour options include, ‘butternut squash,’ ‘lobster’ and ‘tangerine,’ while men’s frames in the eyewear range maintain solid and classic colours, the eyewear company said.
Fleye Copenhagen explained that it experimented with layers during development and has achieved a frame within a frame effect. Its signature designs feature the layering effect in the lower rim of its acetate frames.
The eyewear range was showcased at Opti (12–14 January), and the signature designs will be officially launched at Mido (24–26 February).
