Essilor has appointed Hilary Halper as its new chief financial officer (CFO), who vacates the position of vice president and global head of mergers and acquisitions.
Ms Halper replaces Geraldine Picaud, who has decided to pursue other opportunities outside of the company after seven years as CFO.
