Spot on leopard focus showcased in new Louis Stone women’s frames
05 December 2016
Louis Stone (Optical) has launched four ophthalmic styles for women that are inspired by the current popularity of leopard spot designs that are featured on the fashion catwalks.
Within the new 2017 collections, the influences can be seen as a rich ‘hazelnut swirl,’ according to the company, in ‘i wear acetate 5065’ in colour ‘C2,’ which is offered in size 52-17-135 and ‘snow leopard’ in ‘i wear plastics 1055’ in colour ‘C1,’ offered in size 53-18-139.
The leopard spots can also be seen in the new frames ‘i wear plastics 1060’ in colour ‘C1,’ offered in size 53-18-143, and ‘Icy plastics 181’ in colour ‘C1,’ offered in size 53-18-145.
Louis Stone (Optical) head of marketing and communications, Clare Gaba, told OT: “For winter 2016–17, Vogue took a walk on the wild side by including leopard print as a key fashion focus on the Paris catwalks.
“With high-end designers such as Dior, Prada and Bottega Veneta demonstrating their styles, leopard was certainly a look that was both stand-out and dynamic.
“As a big fan of leopard print accessories myself, I'm the first to say this Louis Stone range is a sure-fire way to be spot on trend.”
All of the leopard print designs are included in the company’s new 2017 frames catalogue. For more information, visit its website.Advertisement
