Progear expands collection with new Dash and Racer sports sunglasses
16 February 2016
Progear has expanded its range to include the ‘Dash’ and ‘Racer’ sports sunglasses which are both constructed from a lightweight TR90 material for flexibility and durability.
The new sunglasses can be offered to patients for both plano and prescription wear and are available from Norville.
With a six-base semi-wrap shape, the ‘Dash’ features flexi side joints and adjustable anti-slip rubber nose pads. The new frame is available in five colours including black, ‘graphite,’ and ‘shiny white’ (pictured).
The ‘Racer’ is an eight-base wrap frame with adjustable ‘tyre tread’-style sides and flexi nose pads. The frame is available in six colours including ‘graphite,’ ‘neon yellow’ and ‘carbon chequerboard.’
Norville sales director, Mark Truss, told OT: “The Progear ‘Racer’ has a sports wrap design and was aimed initially for cycling but is excellent for general outdoor use. It features a ratchet side angle adjustment and extra-gripable rubber adjustable tips.”
Mr Truss added: “The ‘Dash’ also has a sports wrap design with flexi-sides and was aimed initially for cycling but is fine for general outdoor use. It can be offered for plano-only wear but also for prescription wear, using a clip-in glazeable insert.”
