Eyewear inspired by simplicity of Japanese design

Brulimar Optical has launched a new collection of frames, Nakamura, said to be ‘for the modern man who really appreciates good quality design.’ 

Inspired by the elegance and simplicity of Japanese design, Brulimar believes it has created a range which brings together clean lines with stylish forms.

The all metal frames in the collection use an advanced plating method onto a palladium sub-coat for a good finish, while the plastic and acetate frames use Italian sheet materials, while the spring hinges are by the renowned frames component company Visottica Comotec. The use of the high grade raw materials gives the frames a lightweight and luxury feel.  

Brulimar managing director, Howard Librae, said: “At Brulimar, our collective philosophy still remains that quality never goes out of fashion, and this idea shines through in all of the beautiful frames that we create. However, we have a love for this particular collection which really showcases our passion for quality; and that is Nakamura.”

The new frames are offered in a choice of thick or thin rims to flatter most face shapes.
