Ocuco app enhances patient engagement
A practice owner in Newbury has shared how the software has improved patient relationships
The software company explained that the mobile device is used to check-in patients, dispense and take payments.
Sales manager at Ocuco, Fergus Murphy, said: “The iPad app changes the patient perception when visiting an optical practice as it places a far greater emphasis on an excellent retail experience. It gives staff access to software functions on the shop floor instead of from behind a desk.”
Owner of Scott Waters Opticians, Scott Waters (pictured right with a patient), explained that the app has become a necessity at his Newbury-based practice.
“The iPad app was attractive to us because of its ability to allow us to strengthen our patient engagements on the shop floor. We believe the secret to repeat business and practice growth is the quality of patient relationships. iPad App allows us to excel at this,” Mr Waters said.
