Glasklar hosted its second workshop for independent practitioners in the Garage meeting space at TKS Optometrists in Northampton last month (20 March).
The Glasklar Hub events provide an opportunity for practice teams to share marketing and business development ideas with presentations from guest speakers.
At the Northampton event, eyewear stylist Eva Dave shared tips on how to turn an eyewear selection into a memorable experience to encourage loyalty among customers.
She highlighted research which found that 66% of customers are more concerned about having the right style than perfect vision correction.
Ms Dave also gave tips to attendees on how she uses music, gifts and Glasklar’s lens cleaner bottles to create a special experience during fitting appointments.
