Heidelberg appoints northern region sales manager

Heidelberg Engineering has appointed Matthew McCaffrey (pictured back centre) as its sales manager for the northern region.

The appointment has been made to meet “increasing demand” for multimodal imaging solutions and to maintain a high standard of customer service, the company explained.

Mr McCaffrey joins from Zeiss where he was an account manager for three years. He has also previously worked as an ophthalmic technician at Wigan Hospital for 13 years.

Speaking about his appointment, Mr McCaffrey said: “I am really looking forward to getting to know all my Spectralis customers and feel passionate about exceeding their expectations. Heidelberg Engineering is renowned for their high customer service standards and I am looking forward to contributing to the team.”
