New online services launched by Zeiss

The digital suite includes tools to enhance the in-store patient experience

Zeiss has launched a new suite of digital solutions to support practitioners’ differentiation, digitalisation and patient experience.

Designed to provide a streamlined process, the suite includes digital tools and devices that provides consultation, recommendation, dispensing and ordering options for its range of lenses.

Marketing and communications director at Zeiss, Peter Robertson, said: “Zeiss partners can choose to use some or all of the tools available within Zeiss digital solutions, enabling the practitioner to tailor the solution to their needs.”

Tools include a partner search and Zeiss’ My Vision Profile app, which is an online tool to help patients understand how lifestyle factors impact their vision needs.

Other services include Zeiss VisuConsult, an online consultancy platform designed to enhance the in-store patient experience, and the Zeiss VisuStore (pictured), which enables practitioners to confirm and process a patient’s order.
