Imedos will present its technology for retinal microcirculation for the first time at 100% Optical. It will also showcase its non-invasive examinations.
The examinations provide information about the condition of the body’s microcirculation and Imedos is able to analyse retinal arteries and veins, the company explained.
Imedos highlighted the dynamic vessel analysis that it carries out to assess retinal autoregulation, which plays an important role in vascular eye diseases, such as diabetic retinopathy.
The company explained that it is convinced of the “immense prospects for optimising optometric screening” and therapy guidance in chronic ocular and vascular diseases.
