Company founder, Kevin Gill (pictured), has decades of experience in the technology sector and his wife Anne has 38 years of experience as a dispensing optician. They have combined their knowledge to create the apps.

Mr Gill explained: “One of the biggest challenges faced by opticians is to engage with patients between appointments, retaining customers’ loyalty in a highly competitive market.

“People expect responsive and reactive communication today. A branded mobile app designed specifically for a practice can provide the right information in the right place at the right time.”

Mr Gill added: “Imagine the flexibility of connecting with existing patients’ every day with special offers, events and topical information they want to read.

“The apps give customers direct access to the practice too. They can book appointments and give feedback, asking for specific goods and services, and telling the practice what they want.
